A Plant-Based Menu


We are so excited to share our wedding day with you! Part of this celebration includes a thoughtfully curated plant-based menu for our cocktail hour, reception, and late-night snack. This choice is very close to our hearts. We see it as a wonderful opportunity to give you a glimpse into our life and explore a variety of fresh, vibrant, and delicious dishes together. Whether you are familiar with plant-based cuisine or are trying it for the first time, we hope you will enjoy the experience with an open mind and a sense of curiosity. We can’t wait for you to discover some new favorites alongside us on such a special day.

In collaboration with Gilt Catering, we have developed a dinner menu we think you will love. We invite you to explore the three entrée selections below and indicate your preferred choice on the RSVP form. Each dish has been developed and chosen with great care. We are confident that whichever option you select will be delicious!

[1] Thai Green Curry

Seasonal vegetables, Thai coconut broth, tamarind chutney, cumin scented coconut rice, and watermelon radish.

[2] Gochujang Cabbage & Tofu 🌶️ 

Fried rice pilaf, charred and braised gochujang cabbage, glazed tofu, and a cilantro-carrot slaw.

Spice Level: Mild/Medium

[3] Moroccan Falafel

Moroccan-spiced falafel, stewed black lentils, vegan garlic labneh, tahini sauce, and a pomegranate-herb salad.

Late Night Snack

In collaboration with Aunty Ems Deli & Coffee Catering, we invite you to try a delicious late night snack. As a staple in Dan’s diet (and his favourite place to get lunch since 2021), we hope you love Em’s food as much as we do!
